Coverage Period: 5 years · from original purchase date

The Warranty is strictly limited to the following:

• Termite Resistance — Termite infestation that is proven to have resulted from a failure in the plywood’s termite-resistant treatment.
• Waterproof Bond & Anti-Delamination — Failure of the plywood’s waterproof performance, including abnormal delamination or separation of plywood layers, where such failure is proven to be due to a manufacturing or material defect.
• Formaldehyde Emission Compliance — Non-compliance with the stated ENF low-emission standard, subject to verification by an accredited laboratory or recognised testing method.

The Warranty does not cover any other defects, damage, deterioration or issues, including but not limited to:

• Improper installation — improper installation, workmanship or installation method.
• Handling / fabrication — damage during transportation, handling, cutting or fabrication.
• Storage / site conditions — improper storage or unsuitable site conditions.
• Structural movement — structural movement, uneven flooring or substrate movement.
• Natural dimensional change — natural expansion, contraction, warping or other dimensional changes attributable to environmental conditions.
• Misuse / external factors — damage caused by misuse, impact, excessive loading, chemicals or external factors.
• Ancillary materials — finishing materials, adhesives, flooring, laminates or other materials applied onto the plywood.
• Labour / consequential costs — labour, dismantling, installation, transportation or consequential costs.
• Out-of-scope matters — any issue unrelated to termite resistance, waterproof performance or ENF formaldehyde emission compliance.
